The Derby City Classic, pool’s three (plus) ring circus, annually ushers in the new year, opening her arms for all players — big and small, man and woman, native and foreign, elite and amateur. The 2025 edition was especially welcoming to Joshua and Pia Filler, with Josh winning his second consecutive DDC 9-Ball title and Pia becoming the highest-finishing woman ever at Derby, 11th in 9-ball.
